I had a pleasant surprise during my recent stay at Kyoto Plaza Hotel. The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and professional. The free wifi was exceptional, and the location, just a 5-minute walk from Kyoto station, was very convenient. The hotel even has a common area on the 8th floor with a beautiful view of Kyoto. I would recommend this hotel for its service and location.

It was wonderful hotel with incredibly kind staff from the manager and all other staff. The location was marvellous and favourable, at a medium distance from a Jōdo Shinshū Buddhist temple. A train station was set close to the venue.
